My friend built this out of a 650 Triumph chopper. You can build one also out of a number of frames.
My friend is willing to sell the plans to you if you are interested.
But right now we are trying to find out how many would be interested in building their own MOPED like this one. Maybe you want someone to build it for you.
Let me know that also so we can figure out what we want to do.
Are you tired of walking or waiting on the bus or cab? Or do you just don't have a way around. This is just what you need. You don't need a license in most states to ride one of these because they only have a 49CC engine on them. Believe it or not this bike will get up to 40 MPH or better depending on the gear ratio.
